260-seat, award winning, Bavarian themed full service restaurant. The Lodge is a 210-room, full-service, Bavarian style hotel featuring an
elegant 260-seat Castle Lodge Restaurant and renowned Black Bear Lodge.
Developed by James Jumer in 1972, the original phase consisted of a 148
room, four-story property with a 220-seat Castle Lodge Restaurant, Library
Lounge, 125 seat Black Bear Lounge and 450 seat banquet facility. The first
expansion was in 1978 with the addition of the current 62-room nine-story
tower, an atrium and two smaller banquet rooms. Market demand for more
convention and banquet space led to a further expansion of three large
conference rooms along with the enclosure of the wine garden. Total banquet
and meeting space now exceeds 10,000 square feet or approximately 48
square feet of meeting space per guest room.
